About Inner Power Yoga
Our mission is to provide a supportive, welcoming, warm and eco-friendly space for all to cultivate a healthy, positive and empowered way of life through the practice of yoga.
IPY was founded by Ursula Cox in 2003 to provide quality yoga instruction in the greater Washington, DC area, with its first location at the Sport & Health Club in Tysons Corner, northern Virginia.
Ursula is happy to have found the perfect permanent home for Inner Power Yoga at the Potomac Falls Commerce Center in Sterling, VA, where our spacious and inviting studio with bamboo floors, high ceilings and plenty of natural light overlook a lake providing a serene experience for all.
