Eryn Lampe

Eryn came to yoga in search of a healthy way to manage stress and stay physically fit.  She began taking classes online but quickly realized her desire to find a community to connect with and learn from.  Nothing prepared her for the challenge of her first in-studio vinyasa class.  She was both exhausted and energized.  The feeling of peace and deep relaxation at the end was beyond compare.

Having found the community she was searching for, and with a desire to deepen her practice, Eryn completed her teacher training at Inner Power Yoga with Jonathan Cronin and Jayme Sekel.  She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level and practices Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Jonathan Cronin.  With a consistent practice, Eryn has seen benefits both on and off the mat. Her body is stronger and her mind more focused and capable of handling stress… she is also learning to befriend her inner critic.

Eryn believes yoga is a continuous development of strength, flexibility, and balance – both in one’s way of moving and of thinking. Striving to create a class environment that is welcoming and comfortable for students of all levels, she enjoys walking the line between effort and ease and guiding her students toward balance as they search for their edge.
