Julia Buhagiar

Julia became hooked on yoga when she realized how it benefited her physical and mental health. Having struggled with mental health issues most of her adult life, she is passionate about sharing the same yogic tools that have helped her to regulate her health over the years and find balance. As a teacher, Julia uses a “down-to-earth” approach cuing options for people of all abilities to explore their individual consciousness through body movement.
