Kate attended a beginner’s yoga workshop in 2008, looking for ways to complement her athletic endeavors. It was the physical benefits that initially drew her to yoga, but with practice Kate noticed other rewards, both on and off the mat. She believes there are many different reasons why people choose to practice yoga and that they are all valid. Kate invites you to come to yoga as you are, to get what you want from it and to notice how you and your reasons for practicing yoga may change along the way.
Kate is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level.
