Paige was first introduced to yoga at a very young age by her mother and enjoyed casually taking classes. Upon moving to Northern Virginia for work she found a more consistent practice taking classes at Inner Power Yoga and really fell in love with the practice and with the community. She noticed not only the benefits to her physical body but also to her mental health that came with consistent practice and staying connected to the IPY community. In 2019 Paige started her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ursula Cox. She practices vinyasa as well as ashtanga yoga and loves the endless possibilities that the practice offers in always being able to work towards something new. She loves playing with arm balances but also thinks nothing beats a nice long shavasana.
