Our community is our number one priority, which is why we made the hard decision as a small business to temporarily cancel in-person classes. After monitoring the situation and reviewing recommendations from local, national, and international health organizations, we feel this is the safest and most responsible decision. This will be effective immediately (no afternoon/evening classes tonight). We will continue to reassess weekly, and provide you with status updates.
We know we need this practice more than ever so we will be coming to you LIVE. We will be posting on our website a new schedule with live classes that you can watch from the comfort of your own home. More information will be sent out in an email (along with information regarding class passes and other special offers).
